The Golfing Machine's mission is to educate, train and support professional golf instructers around the world. Lee is a level 1 TGM instructor.

England Golf are responsible for the training of the country’s top amateur golfers, and organise all major English amateur championships. 
 
Individuals coached by Lee, play in England Golf National and International squads. 

CustomGolfStix, based at Pinner Hill GC is one the south-east' premier club fitting services offering all standards of golfer, impartial advice on how to optimise their golf enjoyment and performance through their equipment.
 
CGS is managed by Kevin Redfern, a former European Club Maker of the Year. His clients include European tour pros,former Ryder Cup captains, full time amateurs, England Golf squad members as well as local club players and juniors.
